Cookies

(web and mobile sites)
The web and mobile site access points never use cookies to transmit personal information, nor are any so-called persistent cookies used, i.e. systems for tracking users. Only so-called session cookies are used, which are not stored permanently on the user's device but disappear when the browser is closed. Their use is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers necessary to enable safe and efficient navigation of the pages.

The session cookie may remain on the user's device for a maximum of 15 days if the user voluntarily enables the so-called remember me function. The session cookies used avoid the need for other IT techniques potentially harmful to the privacy of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user. In any case, the user can configure their web browser by setting an appropriate level of restriction/protection on cookies, deleting them manually, disabling and/or blocking them permanently, or finally limiting their receipt based on the domain of origin.

General Terms of Service

Art. 1 — The customer agrees that the vehicle be transferred from the airport to the destination garage and vice versa.

Art. 2 — The customer may request to complete the form (Car Check) at the time the vehicle is handed over. If the customer does not complete the form, the company will be released from any liability relating to damage reported on the vehicle.

Art. 3 — The company shall in no case be liable for damage that the customer did not identify at the time the vehicle was handed over to the company.

Art. 4 — The company is not liable for any mechanical faults attributable to wear of the vehicle or pre-existing faults at the time of handover to the company that were not declared by the owner.

Art. 5 — The company is not liable for the loss or damage, for any cause, of objects and/or others present inside the vehicle that were not declared by the owner on the vehicle acceptance form.

Art. 6 — I authorise the processing of personal data in accordance with Law 196/2003.

Art. 7 — The Court of Rome has jurisdiction over any dispute.

Claims Management

Insured with Allianz Policy no. 78611415 c/o Caputi Assicurazioni, Viale dei Promontori no. 320, 00122 Rome.

Three types of claims can occur:

1. Declared by the staff — Due to an incorrect manoeuvre or other causes for which we are responsible, the repair claim will be opened immediately at the time the vehicle is collected.
2. Declared by the customer — As per Articles 2-3 on the booking you signed on arrival at the car park, the customer must complete the "car check" form, where they must report, where present and in the presence of an operator, any external scratches or dents on the vehicle, or the absence of damage. This form is then used to file the insurance claim. In the absence of this form, the administration cannot verify the validity of the damage and will therefore be unable to start the administrative process.
3. Manoeuvring error by the customer — If the customer themselves causes the damage to their vehicle or to other vehicles within the car park area, the administration will be released from any liability, but one of its operators will assist you in completing the C.I.D. accident report form.

However, there are parts of the vehicle that the car park cannot compensate for under any circumstances, namely wearable material or material not needed to carry out parking manoeuvres:
