What the VIP Service Is
In traditional parking the keys stay at the facility: this lets us make the best use of the space and, where necessary, move cars during the stay. With the VIP Service that does not happen. The car is assigned a dedicated space, you park it yourself, lock it and walk away with the keys in your pocket. Nobody can start it, move it a single metre or get inside until you come back. It is designed for anyone particularly attached to their vehicle — whatever the car is worth — and for anyone who simply prefers the keys never to leave their bag.
How It Works
- 1 STEP 1 Request the VIP when you book Flag the VIP Service when you book, or call us: we confirm availability and the quote.
- 2 STEP 2 You park, you keep the keys You arrive at the facility, we show you the assigned space, you park and the keys stay with you.
- 3 STEP 3 Free shuttle to the terminal We take you to the terminal and collect you on your return, exactly as with the Long-Term Parking.
Good to know: the VIP Service is available on quotation because it occupies a dedicated space for the entire stay. Tell us when you book — or give us a call — and we will confirm availability for your dates.
VIP, Long-Term Parking or Car Valet: the Differences
The VIP Service is often confused with the Car Valet, but the two are opposites. With the Car Valet you hand the keys to our staff — that is the premise of the service, the car has to be moved from the airport to the facility. With the VIP you do not hand the keys over at all.

In short: choose the Car Valet if you want to save time and skip the facility; choose the VIP Service if you want nobody to touch your car.
What Stays Included
The VIP is an option of the Long-Term Parking, so everything included in a normal stay remains included:
- Free shuttle to and from all terminals, running 24/7
- Continuous video surveillance across the whole parking area
- Enclosed, guarded area with staff on site 24 hours a day
- Dedicated space reserved for your car for the entire stay
- Wi-Fi and refreshment point at the facility while you wait for the shuttle
Who It Is For
Three situations in which the VIP Service really makes sense:
A car you particularly care about
A classic car, a sports car, a vehicle just collected from the dealer. It is not a question of value: it is a question of not having to wonder, for two weeks, who might have sat in the driver's seat.
Personal setups and configurations
Seat adjusted to the millimetre, audio system tuned, child seat fitted, equipment in the boot. You come back to find everything exactly as you left it, because nobody got in.
Anyone who prefers not to hand over the keys
Some people, out of habit or company policy, do not leave their vehicle keys with third parties. With the VIP that is not an issue: you park the car yourself and the keys stay in your bag for the whole trip.
What to Know Before Booking
- The VIP is not the Car Valet. With the VIP Service you come to the facility yourself and take the shuttle to the terminal. If what you are looking for is to hand the car over directly at the airport, the right service is the Car Valet — and in that case you do hand us the keys.
- It must be requested in advance, not on arrival. The dedicated space is reserved for you: tell us about the VIP when you book or by phone, so we have it ready for your dates.
- If the keys stay with you, they stay with you. With the VIP we cannot move the car for any reason, not even for extra services such as washing or refuelling. If you want those as well, consider the standard Long-Term Parking.
